HIS LIFE Ministries started in 1993.
It was only in the year 2000 that we really planted our 1st Outreach Church.
Guess where? It was just even in the same city, where our Mother church is located.
Not even 7 kilometers away!
BUT IS WAS THE 1ST ... IT WAS A PACESETTER!
TODAY, His Life by the mercies and grace of God is planting an average of 3 to 4 churches / sites EVERY YEAR!
HERE'S HOW TO BE A HIS LIFE CHURCH PLANTER? (see details below in RED)
(1) Have a Sure Calling from God.
(2) Talk to Missions Board.
(3) Fill out Forms.
(4) Assessment.
(5) Go for the Year 3 Program of LTS-HLM.
(6) Build a Partnership Base of at least 10 people [for both prayer and finances].
(7) Survey and Study the Location God is impressing in your heart.
(8) Train a TEAM for Small Groups / Sunday Celebrations / FSCourse.
(9) Write out a 1 to 2 Year Plan within the Values and Vision of HLM.
(10) Get ready to be Officially Released.
(11) Plant!
(12) Observe the Flow of START, STABILIZE, SUSTAIN, SEE [a 1 year program for New Plants].
HERE'S the QUALIFIER
Qualification for Church Planters BASED in the Year 2005 - His Life Ministries
(1) Must be a Disciple Maker.
He or She Has started or spawned Cells.
(2) Have completed Class 401 and a Mission’s Exposure Trip.
(3) Must be in the Ministry of HLM for more than a year.
(4) Has been involved in the Pastor’s Cell and Ministry Leadership.
(5) Must be a Husband or Wife of one wife / husband (exception: engaged).
(6) Spouse must be a believer of their Calling.
(7) Not having a problem with wine, nicotine, gambling and other vices.
(8) Underwent Step 4 of “Celebrate Recovery Program”.
(9) Loyal to the Covenant, Vision, Values and Teachings of His Life Ministries.
(10) LTS trained / as offered:
□ Undergone “TEACHING with STYLE” Course
□ Undergone “Counseling ONE” Course
□ Undergone “Leadership 1 and 2”
□ Is enrolled as Regular Student at LTS or has been part of its Faculty
(11) Must qualify by living the following from God’s Word:
□ Acts 6:3 (NIV)
“Brothers, choose seven men from among you who are known to be full of the Spirit and wisdom”
□ Titus 1:6—9 (NIV)
“An elder must be blameless, the husband of but one wife, a man whose children believe and are not open to the charge of being wild and disobedient. Since an overseer is entrusted with God’s work, he must be blameless—not overbearing, not quick-tempered, not given to drunkenness, not violent, not pursuing dishonest gain. Rather he must be hospitable, one who loves what is good, who is self-controlled, upright, holy and disciplined. He must hold firmly to the trustworthy message as it has been taught, so that he can encourage others by sound doctrine and refute those who oppose it.”

HERE'S HOW TO BE A HIS LIFE CHURCH PLANTER?
(DETAILS here. Elaborated for guidance)
(1) Have a Sure Calling from God.
have you prayed about it?
have you fasted?
have you asked confirmation from your elders?
have you given thought about it?
are you ready to sacrifice?
(2) Talk to Missions Board.
submit your intention letter to the Missions Board (One His Life Missions)
set an appointment THROUGH Sister Linnie Sitiota (034-4330245)
bring your spouse and children for a personal interview with Pastor JR
make sure that you share your vision to practically everyone in the Missions Board Team
(3) Fill out Forms.
ask for the Church Planters Application Form
have a SHAPE test
request an LTS progress card and attach it to your other Forms
(4) Assessment.
this is a time to wait
usually might take a month or two
(5) Go for the Year 3 Program of LTS-HLM.
enroll in the Year 3 Program of Pastor JR and Pastoral TEAM
please take note that Year 3 is a SEASONAL and modular Course
(we are formalizing its content)
(6) Build a Partnership Base of at least 10 people [for both prayer and finances].
go for this immediately by recruiting at least 10 people for Prayer
recruit also a few for Finacial Partnering
ask for a Visions Partner Guide
(7) Survey and Study the Location God is impressing in your heart.
you will be provided a little allowance for your Survey needs
as you are on the Potential Site for planting a church, ask the following:
how many shcools are there?
how many places of entertainments are there?
what's the number 1, 2, 3 needs of the community?
talk to people around you. Pray. Be sensitive to the leading of God.
ASK:
Who is the Mayor? other Leaders in town?
Who are the pastors of Evangelical Churches?
Where is a possible area to meet?
What is the biggers church aside from the Catholic church in town?
Where is the best place for a Faith Starter Course? or a J-Course?
How much is the rental?
What's the mode of Transportation?
Start to take 50 or more pictures for documentation.
WHATS THE HISTORY?
whats their BIG DAY? Fiesta?
wheres their market?
any places for RENT?
who do I know to be in TOWN?
and a HOST of other QUESTIONS :-)
(8) Train a TEAM for Small Groups / Sunday Celebrations / FSCourse.
pray for people you may recruit.
build a potential list of people.
you will need Small Group Leaders for the Faith Starter Course
you will need Helpers for Set-Up and Hakot
fill up the WWWWW Team Leadership as early as you can. Make sure they are qualified -- they Glorify God and Make Disciples.
(9) Write out a 1 to 2 Year Plan within the Values and Vision of HLM.
be specific on the dates of planting.
what will you do for the 1st 50 Days?
what about the 1st 100 Days?
what about the 1st 1 Year?
how much is your budget?
(10) Get ready to be Officially Released.
this is a moment of waiting time again.
be patient.
pray.
follow-up your dream.
(11) Plant!
this is the GO signal!
you are ready, your team is ready, the place is ready for YOU.
(12) Observe the Flow of START, STABILIZE, SUSTAIN, SEE [a 1 year program for New Plants].
ON THE 1ST YEAR OF YOUR OPERATIONS ... WE WILL EVALUATE AND SEE IF YOU ARE TO CONTINUE OR NOT our church work in your area.

Is this church GIVING Glory to God? Are lives Changed? Is God worshipped?
Is this church MAKING Disciples? Do they have Disciplers? Small Groups?
Is this a giving church?
Is this an evangelistic and missionary church?
Is this a loving and serving church?
