● America's Got Talent but the American Church got buried Talent
● We have talent but Are we really giving it all to the LORD?

◇ Jesus talking about Faithfulness
◇Fruitfulness vs Laziness
◇ he calls the one who doesn't produce wicked
◇ God rewards the diligent
◇ we can go from faithful to ruler if we are producing for the Kingdom brings joy
◇ the lazy too busy for God person is called wicked & is severely punished, loses everything & in cast into outer darkness
◇ Servant was not really a servant wasn't really born again : There's a whole lot of people came to church think they are right with God because they were born on Catholic Family or because they go to church but .. their Heart is " Far" from GOD.
◇ Should know a tree by its fruit
◇ No interest in God's Kingdom
◇ People look at the Church as Charity
◇ look for people who wants to Serve GOD
◇ Find People that love GOD
◇ Find people that are on fire for GOD
◇ GOD doesn't  create everybody Equal
◇ Work with what GOD gave you
◇ I want to do everything I can do for GOD according to my anointing, my giftings and my Ability
◇ Do not compare yourself to Others
◇ I'm Going to do what GOD called me to do
◇ 5% of People Create
   15% of People Implement
    8%  of People follow
◇ we will be judged according to our
     ability what GOD gave us
◇ the Master trusted us with something
    extremely valuable & precious
◇ People bury what GOD gave them
because of the flesh & It's desires
◇ Greatest sin in Church procrastination
◇ Put GOD first in everything .. First things First

Buried Talent

Takeaways
God rewards the diligent and everyone of us God has given something each according to our
ability and we are to bear fruit or something must be produced.
Matthew 25:14
There will be a time that will come that the sheep will be separated from the goat, and we are
going to face judgement. The main emphasis on the book as well as written according to
FRUITFULNESS, FAITHFULNESS and the separated was about WICKEDNESS and LAZINESS.
In the given parable is the servant really serving? Because we face problems right now in the
church where some may think that going to church means they are right with God, but their
hearts is way far from God. We sometimes go to church when it's convenient for us, when we
are in need of something.
We can truly say that we are a Christian a true born again base on the fruit. It is noticeable with
the fruit that they produce, through their actions, through their hunger, through their desire to
serve others and to fulfill their God given mission and purpose.
A lot of times we don't have interest when it comes to God, we got a lot of time for other things
but when it comes to God we are tired. We must bear fruit and see the burning desire to be
used by God.
We must know how to utilize what God has given, we sometimes compare ourselves to others
that we are discouraged. The key is we have to work with what God had given, because not
everything is given equally it's up to us how to use it and make it grow. We don't have to be
jealous nor compare it, what we have is a gift and at the end of the day it's about well done my
good and faithful servant.
We buries our talent because we are too lazy and too busy for God. Because of our fleshly
desires, we don't want God because our flesh desires something. Let us quit on hiding and
burying what God has had given, it's time that we start to uncover it because God deserves all
the best.
Let us not let the flesh stop us from desiring and serving God, what God had given is not meant
to be hidden. Not by being occupied by other things but by what purpose and mission that God
has given in our life that we should fullfil, the great commission.

MAI PARAS FLORES - TING
Mai Paras Flores

ON CLASS SUBJECT ADMINISTRATION at YEAR 4

1. The 3 C's of Leadership Model are Challenge, Confidence and Coaching. As a leader, we must present a challenge, build confidence and provide coaching to our people. There must be a right balance of all these three.

2. We must provide coaching to our people, but overcoaching might result to micromanagement. We can provide coaching by simply living by example as a leader and by letting them be creative in their own way. It's also important to always encourage them.

3. Trust is a vital ingredient in organizations since they represent a
type of ongoing relationship. It reduces unproductive rumors and
second guessing that distract people from their group or organization. It also motivates, stimulates creativity and helps the organization to attract and retain great members or workers.

4. Galford and Drapeau offer the following equation to model trust:

• Trustworthiness= (C + R + I) / S

• Where CRIS is characterized as:
C- credibility
R- reliability
I- intimacy
S- self-orientation

• Imbalance Trustworthiness=
(c + r + i) / S
- characterized by small "cri" and Big "S"
- meaning, more on self-orientation than credibility, reliability and intimacy

• Balance Trustworthiness=
(C + R + I) / s
- characterized by Big "CRI" and small "s"
- meaning, more on credibility, reliability and intimacy than self-orientation

5. Listening is primarily caring. It is an
offering of your time to the other. It builds trust by showing that one cares
enough to invest the time to listen.

6. We know that what Galford and Drapeau discussed is exemplified in
the Bible:

C- credibility
H- honor
R- reliability
I- intimacy
S- self-orientation
T- trust

7. Organizational Structure plays a big role in leadership. It gives clarity as to how the church is being managed.
It is important that the Organizational Structure is well defined in our Church's by-laws.

8. Budgeting is a crucial part of Church Financial Management. It ensures that if everything is well-planned, it will contribute to a sustainable Church financial health.

2. Confidence is not just built upon affirmation, but also through working and achieving something--there must be a manifestation of the talk.
3. It must be the leader's goal to build confidence in the team personally and collectively.
4. Confidence helps drive out fear in the team's tasks and ventures.
5. Coaching facilitates the success of our people.
6. Coaching provides an avenue for our team members to know their strength that fits into the team's strategy, thus enabling them to make better decisions.
7. Over-coaching is discouraged as it can produce dependence rather than empowerment.

BURIED TALENTS
Dick Bernal JUBILEE CHURCH (Ron Kenoly Worship Leader HERE)

Take Aways

Many inventions, books and ideas that were not manifested by the minds that should have crafted them are buried in the cemetery
Jesus called the one who doesn’t produce - too busy person “wicked”
I will work with what the Lord gives to me.
people bury their talent because of the flesh
The greatest sin in the church is what we do with time. Procrastinate - presume - prioritize.
The church has buried talent and covered gifts - time to remove the flesh and redeem the time
Bus(y)ness and laziness have robbed us of blessing because we are spending out time tin the world.

ADMINISTRATION COURSE

From August 17, 2023

Everyone’s personality comes into play in the organization.
Presenting a Challenge, Developing Confidence, and Offering Coaching are the three components that must be present when leading.
Challenges bring out the capabilities of the team therefore the leader must be able to provide the team with such opportunities
To improve team communication and cohesion, personalities must change and adjustments must be commanded and clarified by the leader.
Administering personality tests will help the organization to operate on each other’s strengths.

From August 24, 2023

An increase in confidence will most likely result in an increase in morale and thus productivity in the organization.
Reaching goals both big and small will result to an overall increase in organization morale.
Opening challenges provides the team with a chance to feel a sense of advancement which the leadership must constantly provide.
Our team members can learn how their strengths fit into the team's strategy through coaching, which helps them make better decisions.
Coaching develops people
Less trust more meetings
Over-coaching does not help the team
Everything moves in the speed of trust.
