CHURCH PLANTERS AND CAMPUS PASTORS APPLICATION PROCESS

Welcome!
I am glad you’re interested in STARTING a Church congregation or a Campus Fellowship under His Life Ministries.  For the past 18 years God has been using this church to introduce people to the saving knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Built from a youth group last 1993, the church has now grown to hundreds of people with three church plants yearly.  
Being a student comes certain expectations.  Before moving on, you’ll need to have completed the ENCOUNTER COURSE, been Baptized, and signed the Membership Covenant at His Life.  
You must also have been a graduate or an enrollee of Year 1 and Year 2.
I am also expecting that you understood the process on how to be a Church Planter Applicant at His Life.

Please review the following:
(1) Have a Sure Calling from God.
(2) Talk to Missions Board.
(3) Fill out Forms.
(4) Assessment.
(5) Go for the Year 3 Program of LTS-HLM.
(6) Build a Partnership Base of at least 10 people [for both prayer and finances].
(7) Survey and Study the Location God is impressing in your heart.
(8) Train a TEAM for Life Groups / Sunday Celebrations / FSCourse.
(9) Write out a 1 to 2 Year Plan within the Values and Vision of HLM.
(10) Get ready to be Officially Released.
(11)Launch!

 What is YEAR 3 all about?

There is a YEAR 1 in His Life.  It is under our LTS Department.  Year 1 is the "School for Leaders" with 3 Modules -- SOL 1, 2 and 3 with a Re-Encounter for ordination to start a LifeGroup.  Emerging leaders are being trained using this TRACK.

There is a YEAR 2 in His Life.  Our Year 2 offers the Basic Christian Doctrine Study.  This is open to everyone and anyone.

YEAR 3 is specifically designed 

• TO train Church Planters and their TEAMS in the Vision of 12.  
• TO equip & empower Campus Pastors and their TEAMS to reach, disciple and influence their WORLD for JESUS.  They do this by establishing a YX Chapter inside or outside the vicinity of a target High School / College / University Campus.

Our Year 3 program includes FREE meals, accommodations, books, & materials for all Volunteers as they come for a MODULAR TRAINING PROGRAM at HLM CENTRAL in Bacolod City!

1. Get the YEAR 3 endorsed Books and Articles from the YEAR 3 Office c/o Brother Allen Manzanares.   See Titles Below*.
2. Submit your "GOALS CHART" to the YEAR 3 Office upon doing # 1 above.  WHAT IS A GOALS CHART?  It is a PLAN that you make for Readings, Study and Journaling.  You will write the Dates on which you plan to finish the MODULE ... according to your own PACE.
3. Always Journal at the end of each Reading (Book / Article) or Viewing (DVD) or Listening (mp3).  This will serve as your REPORT and CLASS ATTENDANCE.
4. Get ready for a QUIZ or a LONG TEST or SUMMARY EXAMS upon an announcement made.  TIP:  There is a LONG TEST every Quarter. 
5. Finish all the OFFERED SUBJECTS to Graduate in our "College of Pastors" -- Year 3 Program.  RECOGNITION and TESTIMONIAL DINNER will be done every YEAR in Bacolod City.
